OneRebate is capable of reading and parsing supplier invoices at the product level, right down to the SKU. It has the ability to filter by supplier and even location.
When calculating rebate earnings on any of your Supply Cloud supplier purchases, OneRebate reads your EDI invoice data in real-time, displaying the results via powerful dashboards and reports. This allows distributors to monitor rebate performance live, forecast results, and alter buying patterns to maximize earnings from those supplier programs.

OneRebate is a standalone RMS (Rebate Management System). It’s a powerful, secure, cloud-based SaaS offering-- but one of its greatest benefits is access to the Supply Cloud platform, a one-to-many EDI connected trade network with a suite of powerful tools. OneRebate customers automatically receive membership to Supply Cloud, allowing them to seamlessly expand their trade network almost immediately.
Onboarding OneRebate customers is handled by the Supply Cloud team. Customers are assigned a dedicated implementation analyst to ensure their rebate programs are properly configured and up-and-running. Supply Cloud network connectivity is also handled by the Supply Cloud team—distributors simply need to choose which suppliers they’d like to connect to using the “one-to-many” architecture.
